In this beginner-to-intermediate workshop for FLINTA people, participants will explore 3D scanning using mobile phones, learning to capture objects as well as bodies and transform them into digital models. Starting with basic scanning techniques, participants will be guided through capturing and refining detailed scans on their devices. The workshop will also cover exporting and optimizing these 3D models for applications such as virtual environments, animations, and digital sculptures. Participants will gain practical skills in 3D scanning, working with digital files, and using new tools to expand their creative practice.
